REFUND POLICY

Before applying for any Reimbursement please send an email to reimbursement@palosanto.com, in order to attend you personally and understand the reason for dissatisfaction with the product, offering alternatives and solutions. The email must be accompanied by a photo and a brief description of the reason for which the refund is desired.

Returns

The period for which you can apply for the refund policy is 15 days. If 15 days have passed since you received the product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We will personally do a review and analysis of the product to be able to define if it is subject to change due to failures in our production or if it was damaged or exposed to misuse.

We are not responsible for damages from the Parcel Company or intermediary.

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method (payment is made through a service provided by certified third parties), the deadline to notify the refund is five business days per part of PALOSANTO SOLUTIONS DINOMI SA, after this period, the reimbursement time is paid by the third party service.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a little processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotion or discount items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately promotional or discount items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to change it for the same item, send us an email to exchange@palosanto.com and send your item to: Puerto Santa Ana Edificio Empotium 17th Floor Office 1704, Postal Code 090514, Guayaquil - Ecuador.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
